1. Contact us by e-mail or leaving a message on website : explain the reason for the return (with photos of the product). Please also add the order number.

2. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging, including any parts, accessories, manuals and documentation, and must be in resaleable condition to receive an allowable refund.
